10-Day Free Look Guarantee

At Aeva, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your coverage, you may return your insurance policy to us within ten (10) days of receiving it for a full refund of any premiums paid. This is known in the insurance industry as the "10-day free look." The process is simple and hassle-free:

Cancellation Request:

You may, within ten (10) days after receiving this policy, return it to the address below for cancellation.

Policy Effectiveness:

Upon cancellation within the 10-day period, the policy will be considered never to have come into effect.

Any premium paid will be refunded promptly, less any claims paid during this time.

Claims Paid During the Examination Period:

If claims have been paid under the policy during the 10-day period, the amount refunded will be reduced by the total claims paid.

If the claims paid exceed the premiums paid, you will be required to repay the difference to the insurer immediately.

Cancellations After 10 Days:

You can cancel your coverage at any time. If you cancel after the 10-day period, you will only be charged to the end of the current month.

For example, if you submit your cancellation on January 15, your policy will be terminated on January 31, and you will not be charged after that.

Exclusions:

This right of cancellation applies only to new policies and does not extend to reissued, substituted, or consolidated policies that continue coverage from a previously issued policy.

The rights of any beneficiaries under the policy are subject to this right of cancellation.
