You have clients who need individual health and dental coverage. If it is not your focus, refer them to Aeva. We handle the plan, your client is looked after, and you earn a referral fee on every enrollment. Referral fees are available only to advisors licensed for life or accident and sickness insurance.

The referral fee, per enrollment

On a lifetime cumulative basis.

  1. $1000 to 14 referrals
  2. $12515 to 29 referrals
  3. $15030 to 44 referrals
  4. $17545 to 59 referrals
  5. $20060 and up referrals

Paid within 30 days of the client's 10-day free-look period ending. One time per client; renewals are not commissioned. Pilot program; fees may be adjusted on notice.

    A unique referral URL, a matching QR code, and material you can share, ready for an email footer, a client email, or a card.

  2. Your client compares and enrolls

    Four carriers, real pricing, about three minutes. They finish online or talk to a licensed advisor.

  3. You see it land, and earn your fee

    Every enrollment through your link shows in your dashboard, and your referral fee follows.

What Aeva is

An independent, licensed Canadian brokerage. Clients compare personal health and dental plans from Canada's four largest carriers in one place, for free, with licensed advisors available if they want help. Applying through Aeva costs the same as applying directly with an insurer.

You can also quote a client yourself from inside the portal and keep the relationship. Aeva only writes individual health and dental, so we never quote their home or auto.

Eligibility

Referral fees require a valid life or accident and sickness licence in your client's province, verified in the partner portal, plus a signed referral agreement. Aeva places business only where it is licensed, currently Alberta and Ontario, so your client must reside in one of those provinces and you must be licensed there. You disclose the fee to your client using wording Aeva provides.
